Leah is a harm repair specialist, qualified solicitor and accredited mediator. She founded The WayFinders Group to repair the relational damage that fractures teams. Through 90-day restorative interventions, she helps rebuild the trust and capacity for collaboration that determines whether organisations rise or fall. She also specialises in helping boards navigate crisis situations.
Leah hosts Address The Harm podcast centring survivor voices, and The Longest Day podcast, a weekly leadership podcast. She recently published the political white paper “From harm to healing: rebuilding trust in Britain’s publicly funded institutions” and is spearheading a coalition on institutional accountability.
Leah has three passports, is obsessed with politics, loves long hikes with her cavapoo, is an exceptional violinist and dinner party host. She’s passionate about faith and loves getting lost in a good book.
