What do you do in your day job?
Produce podcasts and marketing for brands and businesses
Audiobook, Ebook or physical book?
Physical book, but have just invested in a second-hand Kindle for holidays this summer
An initiative you’re passionate about?
A global initiative to phase out fossil fuels and support a just transition called the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty, which I discovered via Tzeporah Berman, a Climate Curious podcast guest – she is awesome!
Most memorable moment working on a TEDxLondon event?
Shocka performing ‘Self Love’ at Beyond Borders 2019
Favourite place to vacation?
Any Greek island (Crete is a fav because Greek mythology!) I’ll never forget buying one of those chocolatey donuts that sellers parade up and down the beach, so delicious! And they sell the best calamari in the world, IMO
Favourite place you’ve lived?
London
Hobbies?
Walking with my dog, reading, weight-lifting, podcasts, gaming on my nintendo switch lite, chess, writing, playing piano and saxophone
Pets?
A sweet baby golden retriever pup called Dandy, who just turned one!
You’re on a deserted Island, what 5 things do you bring?
Kindle, podcasts, music, orthopaedic pillow, my saxophone
If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?
Time travel

What’s your favourite season?
Autumn – just love the fiery colours and I think my wardrobe is best around that time of year
Are you an introvert, extrovert or ambivert?
A quiet extrovert – get energy from others around me, but not the loudest person!
Who would you most like to swap places with for the day?
Steven Bartlett from Diary of a CEO because I’d like to see how he runs his podcasts from the inside
Describe your ideal weekend?
Eat out somewhere delicious I haven’t been before, go somewhere new, hang out with my friends and laugh so hard my face hurts, go to the pub on a sunny afternoon, learn something new, have time to do some organisational bits so I feel ready for the week ahead, do no work, indulge in some pure reality tv trash on the Sunday night.

Early bird for getting tasks done, night owl for creative thinking
